It's easy to let your camera rolling for a long time to make a time lapse in Premiere Pro. But it will give you tons of data. Making a time lapse is actually keeping only one frame every couple of seconds. All the rest isn't needed for your video.
So it would make sense to make pictures with an interval and then import them in your editing tool.
In this video I will explain the workflow of making a time lapse in Premiere Pro and will even do some cool masking techniques. In the end there is something in between a time lapse and a cinemagraph.
